2. Order Processing
An order will be processed once payment is completed.
Orders are processed and shipped only from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays or Singapore Public holidays.
Order status updates and order notes (if any) will be sent through email.
3. Delivery Fee & Lead Time
Do expect slight delays during the festive seasons, sale periods, and other major holidays in Singapore, and when we are experiencing a high volume of orders.
If delivery of your order is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the order will be dispatched after it becomes available.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.
4. Restricted Delivery Zones
Currently, we only deliver to Singapore registered addresses and do not provide international shipping.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
6. Failed Delivery
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, we will make 2 more redelivery attempts for FREE!
We’ll be in touch via email or through the contact details you have provided us with in the event of a failed delivery attempt.
However, if delivery failed for a total of 3 times, your order may be terminated.
Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 30 days will be deemed as Yafe's property and no compensation will be offered as enough response time has been given.
7. Termination of Order
We may terminate your order at any time by writing to you if:
- You do not make payment to us when it is due;
- You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information necessary for us to deliver your order (e.g. delivery address);
- You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver your order to you;
- If we terminate the order in the situations set out above, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for the order we have not provided, but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of you breaking the contract.
